CAPALBIO room
It is a tuscan municipality of 4.079 habitants of Grosseto Province, sited at 45 km. circa from the capital. It is the southest city in Tuscany and, for the environmental context in which is and for artistic-hostorical importance adopted in the Renaissance Age, Capalbio has been named also “Little Athens”.
Moreover, the city has obtained a prize with the five Sails and the pole position in the “Bleu Guide” of Legambiente-Italian Touring Club 2007 for the protection and management of its beaches, landscape and environment around. Capalbio is an ancient village surrounded by Maremma countryside. Into the wall it is possibile to feel the passed century's atmosphere; walking in lanes, places and ancient streets there is the impression to come back in time.

From Florence taking Florence-Siena-Grosseto junction, exit south aurelia for Grossetyo until Capalbio; from Rome taking Rome Civitavecchia motorway, then taking aurelia until Capalbio, from Milan taking the Sun motorway, exit Parma-La Spezia, taking Livorno motorway, exit Rosignano, following aurelia until Capalbio.
